Nanjing Huike Bioengineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered and established, focusing on the R&D and sales of bioreactors.
Nanjing Tianhui Biotechnology Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered as the equipment manufacturing and assembly factory of Nanjing Huike Bioengineering Equipment Co., Ltd., while engaging in the sales of fermenters and other equipment, and the construction of bioengineering projects.
Nanjing Tianhui Biotechnology Equipment Co., Ltd. obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China (pressure vessel manufacturing and installation qualifications).
Nanjing Tianhui Biotechnology Equipment Co., Ltd. obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China (pressure equipment installation, repair, and modification, as well as industrial pipeline installation qualifications).
In response to the local government's demolition requirement, Nanjing Tianhui Biotechnology Equipment Co., Ltd. relocated and built a new factory. Nanjing Tianhong Bioengineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Huike Bioengineering Equipment Co., Ltd., with complete capabilities in R&D, design, manufacturing, production, sales, installation, and commissioning of bioengineering equipment.
